War Base Design

The last clan had very effective defensive war base designs. The base that Alex designed is very similar. You do not lose resources (gold/elixir/dark elixir) in your war base so its best to push these outside your walls. Inside your walls have gaps (no larger than 2X wide) between buildings and defenses. A spread-out base design will defend effectively against hog and dragon attacks. Place big bombs and jump traps inside your walls near defenses that hogs will attempt to attack. This effectively prevents hog attacks. You should have an inner ring that has your air defenses, clan castle and town hall. It wouldn't hurt to have your mortars inside the inner ring. Certain troops including hogs and giants will always seek your defenses first.
